You will receive 15 comments on each of the LinkedIn posts you submit and share with the community over 5 days. You will receive 9 comments on the day you submit the link, 3 more after 2 days and finally 3 more after 4 days.
Why do I get 15 comments in the span of 5 days instead of all of them on the day I submit my LinkedIn post?
Instead of prioritizing the content with all the engagement spikes in the first 1.5 hours, LinkedIn has changed its algorithm to promote contents that continue to have engagement and reading time.
It is why you now often see content from the past 2 weeks in your newsfeed.
Why do you only provide 15 comments for each of my posts? I want to have 100 comments.
There are many good reasons not to receive 100 comments but 15 comments. Here is why:
1. Most of us are not celebrities or Elon Musk. It’s impossible to receive hundreds or even thousands of comments consistently. It looks fake when it happens. Even Reid Hoffman, Co-Founder of LinkedIn with 2 million followers, does not receive over 100 comments all the time. For example, if you submit your post in the morning in Australia, you will only have those members who also submit in Australia engaging your posts, and vice versa. Likewise, if you decide to share your post on the morning of the UK, you will only have those who submit in the UK engaging your posts, and vice versa.
Do I need to engage in posts from other people?
Yes, you will need to engage in posts from others, just like how others will engage in your posts. Our software is only used to manage the community, and we don’t automatically comment on your posts.
What if the people who get allocated to engage in my post don't engage?
First, we will stop them from submitting their post for the next engagement session until they complete their tasks.
Second, you can always report them to the admin. We will deduct their reputation score once we have investigated and validated your report. We will ask them to leave our community if their reputation score falls below a certain level.
I only post once a month. Do I need to engage posts from others every day?
No, we have built a fair exchange system. You only need to give as much as you receive. You will only need to engage with others on the day you submit your post.
